Superb place to stay at! Very hospitable caretaker and made sure we were made to feel at home. We had 2 infants with us and our daughter being 20 months, the caretaker made sure she got fresh chapatis to eat.. which was a huge plus and we had not to worry about her food at all. We might even plan to come back if we ever come back this side

It was a great stay for the 8 of us, we had ample space with all 4 bathrooms attached. The caretaker Parmeshwar Bera was extremely good and well behaved, he helped us with everything. Highly recommending this place, will visit again for sure.

A perfect villa for a big group upto 10!! The villa is as shown in the pictures and it’s a beautiful stay. The surroundings are calm and peaceful. Parmeshwar and his family were helpful and were present whenever required. Highly recommend this stay.

Caretakers Parmeshwar and Geeta are very nice, very courteous , always available on call. Breakfast served on all days was tasty and sumptuous. Yes you need to make 100% payment while booking the property.
It’s a home-made breakfast (Complimentary) prepared by the caretaker. He will take your order the previous night regarding your preference from a few options. The breakfast options include (Puri Bhaji, Alu Paratha, Bread Omlet, Poha, and Upma). No charges will be collected for the same.
Please note that the quantity of the breakfast will be limited and is sufficient for a fulfilling breakfast.
The Caretaker prepares the complimentary home-made breakfast that is included in the package. You can ask them to prepare other meals of the day like lunch & dinner for some additional nominal charges plus grocery bill. You can talk to the caretaker directly regarding this during your stay.
Early check-in will only be possible if we don’t have any booking the previous day. As the guests for the previous day’s booking have to check out and we have to clean and make the property ready for your stay.
The caretaker will be available at the property 24/7 during your stay for any kind of assistance. Anyhow if you see any problem with the caretaker, Please report the same to us and we should be available to coordinate.
Late check-out will not be possible as we have another booking. Please understand that we have to clean up the property and make it ready for the upcoming guests. I hope you understand.
