1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email and full payment.

1.2 Payment: A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking.

1.3 Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 
  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. 
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

2.2 Check-Out Time: Guests must check out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

2.3 Identification: Guests are required to present a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) upon check-in.

3. Occupancy and Use

3.1 Guest Limit: The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Events and Parties: Events, parties, and large gatherings are not allowed without prior permission from the property management.

3.3 Noise: Guests must respect the privacy and comfort of neighbors. Excessive noise or disturbance is prohibited and may result in the termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

4. Facilities and Services

4.1 Private Pool: The private pool is for registered guests only. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk.

4.2 Lift: The lift is provided for the convenience of guests, including the elderly. Guests are responsible for using the lift safely and properly.

4.3 Complimentary Breakfast: A complimentary homemade breakfast is provided each morning. Guests with dietary restrictions or preferences should inform the management in advance.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Property Care: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damages must be reported immediately. Any damage to the assets in the property will be charged (As applicable).

5.2 Smoking and Pets: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Pets are not permitted.

5.3 Safety and Security: Guests are responsible for securing the villa, including locking doors and windows when leaving the property.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Personal Belongings: The property management is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.

6.2 Injury and Accidents: The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. Guests agree to use all facilities at their own risk.

7. Compliance and Conduct

7.1 Lawful Use: Guests must use the property for lawful purposes only and comply with all local laws and regulations. Drugs & illegal substances are not allowed in the property. The same will be reported to the legal authorities.

7.2 Respect for Property: Guests must respect the property and its contents. Any items removed, damaged, or missing will be charged to the guest.

8. Amendments and Termination

8.1 Changes to Terms: The property management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.

8.2 Termination of Stay: The property management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who fails to comply with these terms and conditions, without a refund.
